Breakfast for dinner? Why not! Quickly whipped this up for lunch as I'm running out of food in my fridge. Garlic fried rice topped with fried garlic bits, scrambled eggs topped with chopped green onions and pan-fried luncheon meat, as someone from the Philippines call it, Ma-Ling (referring to the popular luncheon meat brand). This is truly a nostalgic Filipino breakfast but will surely please anybody's palate πŸ₯°πŸ’―😊
