RECIPE - Chinese Sausage Fried Rice

A truly quick and easy to prepare dish that you can use with pantry staples. Your family will surely enjoy this dish! 👍🏻🥰 HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT:

1️⃣ In a hot wok/pan, sauté beaten eggs (2) until just a bit browned/bit browned but not burnt. Set aside.

2️⃣ In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and diced onion in a bit of oil and add sliced Chinese sausage (about 2 links). Sauté until Chinese sausage is brown. Add eggs into the pan.

3️⃣ Add day(s) old white rice (1.5 cups) cooled inside the fridge into the pan and add all the mixed sauce (1 tbsp soy sauce, 1.2 tbsp dark soy sauce (for color), 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp water, a dash of white pepper).

4️⃣ Mix until rice is covered with the sauce, then add 1/2 cup green peas.

5️⃣ Your meal is served in less than 20 minutes! 👌🏻👍🏻😊
