I had leftover cooked fettucine pasta in the fridge and was craving fish, as I had been cooking meat the past couple days. I had a can of #CenturyTuna Hot & Spicy in my pantry so I thought why not make a pasta dish? I was pleasantly surprised at how the tuna is so tender and versatile. I was worried that the fish was going to be dry, but it was the complete opposite! I sauteed the tuna in garlic & olive oil, red onions, tomatoes, seasoned it and added the pasta. I garnished it with parsley, and had a meal with a glass of white wine! Try it for lunch today!
