RECIPE - Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong) Omelette

β„‚π•™π•šπ•Ÿπ•–π•€π•– π•Šπ•’π•¦π•€π•’π•˜π•– (𝕃𝕒𝕑 β„‚π•™π•–π• π•Ÿπ•˜) π•†π•žπ•–π•π•–π•₯π•₯𝕖! 🍳

I love the slightly burned bottom and edges and the perfectly steamed omelette at the top. Enjoy it with or without rice and a few condiments such as ketchup or soy sauce.

HOW TO MAKE

1. Dice a quarter on an onion, slice 2 lap cheongs diagonally and thinly, chop some green onions and scramble 2 eggs with 1/2 tsp of white pepper and chicken powder each.

2. SautΓ© the onion and lap cheongs in little oil for a about 2 minutes, then in low to medium heat, pour the scrambled egg and top with green onions. Place the lid to steam the egg for 5-7 minutes

3. All done and ready to eat!
