Another steak night at my place last night! I enjoyed cooking this gorgeous porterhouse steak. Who doesn’t like this? You get the best of both worlds – one side a strip steak, and the other, the melt-in-your-mouth, tenderloin filet. I perfectly paired it with a citrusy-spicy chimichurri sauce that brought out the amazing flavors of the steak. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without enjoying a glass of red wine.
